Exhibition spaces

All exhibition spaces are accessorized with prestigious furnishing: high design furniture and services able to satisfy every need.

The spaces start from a minimum dimension of 9 sq.m. The dimensions can be expanded 3 squ.m at a time as it follows: 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 etc...
The stands are obligatory provided already furnished, finely refined and accessorized.
The basic furniture, foreseen by the standard application, includes the following:
- walls
- carpet
- lighting and spots
- basic furniture (tables, chairs and wastepaper basket)
- sign
- electrical connection (1 kw) and consumption
- cleaning
- insurance
- subscription fee
- entrance badges
- publishing on the Meeting Luxury Book (paper and on-line)
