Participation rules
Hosted Buyers and Trade Visitors can count on the complete cooperation of the organizational staff. The Organization board will be responsible for the organization of the accommodation and the transfers from Malpensa airport to/from Lugano (for Hosted Buyers only), and will welcome the operators at their arrival, granting a continuous support during the event.
The operators accredited to the event as Hosted Buyers will have to participate to the event during the all three day of meetings. Trade Visitors will have to indicate their participation for 1, 2 or 3 days.
Each Buyer has to guarantee a minimum number of 12 meetings a day, which can be freely organized following the needs of the Buyers. For Trade Visitors the number of appointments to fix is free.
In case it would be impossible for them to participate, the Buyer must communicate this to the Organization Board, no later than the 1st February 2012.
